Tempur-Pedic mattresses require approved support systems such as a Flat Foundation on a bed frame with center support and specific leg counts (5-6 for Queen/King, 4 for Twin/Full). Adjustable Power Bases are approved without needing a foundation. Platform bed frames are acceptable if slats are at least 3 inches wide, gaps under 4 inches, include center support for larger sizes, and meet leg count requirements.
The following support systems are approved for use with Tempur-Pedic mattresses.
