After a Claim Is Submitted: Claim enters review → Additional information may be requested → Approval or denial notification sent → Replacement options provided if approved.
Once your warranty claim has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your claim has been received.
Please allow 7–10 business days for a Warranty Specialist to begin reviewing your submission. During the initial review, the specialist will evaluate the documentation provided and determine whether any additional information or photos are needed to proceed. If additional documentation is required, the specialist will contact you by email with specific instructions.
After all requested documentation has been received, the Warranty Specialist will complete a full review of the claim and make a final determination. You will then receive an email notifying you of the outcome of your claim, including whether the claim has been approved or denied and any applicable next steps.
