To review a warranty claim, we require proof of purchase to verify the product, purchase date, and original purchaser information.

If you have your original purchase receipt, please provide a clear photo or copy of the receipt when submitting your claim.

What if I don't have my original receipt?

If your original receipt is no longer available, other documentation may be accepted to help verify your purchase, including:

• Retailer Receipt Copy or Reprint
  A copy or reprinted receipt from the retailer where the product was originally purchased.
• Tempur-Pedic Order Documentation
  Order confirmations, invoices, or other purchase records for products purchased directly from Tempur-Pedic.
• Product Registration Information
  Product registration records that help confirm ownership and purchase details.
• Payment Records
  Bank statements, credit card statements, financing documents, or similar records that show the purchase transaction.
