For Tempur-Pedic® mattresses, if the law tag is unavailable, a photo of the silk tag can be submitted for warranty verification. For Sealy® and Stearns & Foster® mattresses, a photo of the warranty sticker on the mattress underside can be used instead.

If the law tag is unavailable, a photo of the silk tag may be submitted instead. The silk tag can help us identify the mattress model and verify the product information needed for the warranty review process. See the example image below.
Sealy® and Stearns & Foster® Mattresses
If the law tag is unavailable, a photo of the warranty sticker may be submitted instead. The warranty sticker is typically located on the underside of the mattress and contains the mattress model information needed for identification. See the example image below.
